With more than 13 years’ experience ABL Apprenticeships Centre is the market leader in providing support services to the Australian Government’s Apprenticeship and Traineeship scheme to businesses across NSW.  Funded by Government, we are a fully owned subsidiary of the NSW Business Chamber and can therefore provide excellent staff support, benefits and career opportunities.

Having just had our contract extended we are now continuing to grow our Sydney teams and have created new positions for Field Consultants to help us achieve this.  These are real relationship and business building roles where you will develop and manage a strong network of employers and assist them with the process of engaging trainees and apprentices into their companies.  You will be supported in this process by our highly capable and experienced marketing team and our extensive network of contacts already in place.  We’ll help you hit the ground running.

We only want the best and our customers only need the best, so we’re looking for self-starters with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop good working relationships with multiple stakeholders.  You will be given a high level of autonomy, so you will also need excellent time management, influencing, presentation and analytical skills.  Experience in the VET sector; in either a RTO, GTO, TAFE or Government environment, is essential.

We will train you, support you with great systems and structures, and above all value your contribution.  You will also be well remunerated, including a fully maintained company car, laptop and mobile phone.
