At ABL Apprenticeships Centre, we practice what we preach...
ABL Apprenticeships Centre demonstrates its belief in the value that apprentices and trainees bring to an organisation through our commitment to training our own employees. Currently ABL Apprenticeships Centre has 13 employees undertaking traineeships and gaining qualifications*. Since 2003 we have signed up 127 ABL Apprenticeships Centre employees into traineeships. The traineeships have been undertaken in the following areas:
- Business Frontline Management
- Employment Services
- Business Services
- Business Development; and
- Customer Contact
ABL Apprenticeships Centre also supports the Liverpool Workplace Learning Partnership, the Parramatta Schools Industry Partnership and the Inner Western Sydney Business Education Partnership in work placements.
We provide a one week work placement for students who are studying an industry-based HSC vocational education and training (VET) course in business. This work placement ensures that the students are given workplace exposure to practice and develop specific industry skills related to their course. Approximately 15 HSC students per year walk through the doors of our head office.
